This Privacy Notice for DetailerLogic Pro ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you visit our website at www.detailerlogic.com or use our web application at app.detailerlogic.com.

What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? We do not process sensitive personal information.
Do we collect any information from third parties? Only if you choose to connect Google Calendar: Google then gives us your Google account email address and lets us add and update events for your jobs. See section 3a.
How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations with specific third parties including our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Open-Meteo and Zippopotam.us).
How do we keep your information safe? We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
What are your rights? Depending on where you are located geographically, applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. It only happens when you tap Connect under Settings → Business → Google Calendar in the app and approve access on Google's own screen.
What we access: your Google account email address (shown in the app so you know which calendar is connected) and permission to manage calendar events (the calendar.events scope).
How we use it: only to put the jobs you schedule in DetailerLogic Pro on your Google Calendar and keep them up to date — we add an event when you book a job, move it when you reschedule, change its colour so jobs on the same day are easy to tell apart, and remove it when you cancel or delete the job. Each event we create is tagged, and we only ever change or delete events the app created. We do not read, copy, store or change any of your other calendar events.
What we store: your Google email address, the access token Google gives us (encrypted, and readable only by our server), and the ID of each event the app created, saved with the matching job.
Sharing: we do not sell Google user data, share it with anyone, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models. It is not read by people, except with your permission for support, when required for security, or when required by law.
Disconnecting and deletion: tap Disconnect in the app at any time. We then revoke our access with Google and delete the stored token and email address. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Events already on your calendar stay there unless you delete them. To have all of your data deleted, email support@detailerlogic.com.
DetailerLogic Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session and store application preferences. These are essential cookies required for the application to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep your information for as long as you maintain an active account with us. When you close your account, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable timeframe unless we are required by law to retain it.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage through Supabase, HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, and secure payment processing through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
